Purpose
Added a
Troubleshoot.mdfile under thedocsfolder.Documented errors from the telemetry sheets (shared by Anish) that cannot be resolved directly.
Included a reference link to Common Deployment Errors for users to explore possible issues.
The goal is to reduce the failure rate reflected in the telemetry dashboard by providing clear troubleshooting guidance.
